Advances in Differential Expression and Regulatory Mechanisms of MicroRNAs in Bacterial Bovine Mastitis
摘要
Abstract
Bacterial bovine mastitis is a common disease that causes significant economic losses to the dairy industry.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)could regulate gene expression and influence the physiological functions of cells and tissues as endogenous non-coding RNAs.In recent years,studies have shown that miRNAs play important regulatory roles in bovine mastitis,affecting biological processes such as immune responses,cell apoptosis,and proliferation in mammary tissues.This article reviews the research progress on the differen-tial expression and regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs in bacterial bovine mastitis,which helps to provide a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease,thereby offering new insights for the detection,prevention,and treatment of bacterial bovine mastitis.关键词
