Advancesin Magnetic Resonance Quantitative Techniques in the Assessment of Liver Fat in Animals
摘要
Abstract
Liver fat quantification is a crucial indicator for assessing liver health,playing a vital role in diag-nosing fatty liver,monitoring metabolic health,and evaluating nutritional status.Quantitative nuclear mag-netic resonance(qNMR)has emerged as the preferred method for liver fat quantification due to its non-in-vasive nature,high accuracy,and high resolution.This review provides an overview of the technical princi-ples and application methods of qNMR and its significance in the study of metabolic diseases of animal liv-ers,while also analyzing its strengths and limitations,and exploring future research directions to offer new insights and approaches for the early diagnosis and precise treatment of liver fat deposition-related disea-ses.关键词
