每餐投喂策略对鳜摄食、生长及消化健康的影响
Effects of feeding strategies per meal on cibation, growth and digestive health of Siniperca chuatsi
摘要
Abstract
Siniperca chuatsi is a premium aquatic species in China. The advancement of compound feeds and feed acclimation technologies has promoted the expansion of farming industry. However, intense feeding competition in this species leads to growth heterogeneity and health issues under improper feeding strategies. This study in-vestigated the effects of per-meal feeding strategies on the growth performance, visceral health, and feeding ap-petite of mandarin fish.A 12-week feeding trial was conducted with a daily feeding rate of 1%(administered twice daily),comparing two modes:interval feeding(Group A:divided into 5 feedings,20%every 2 minutes within 10 minutes, each feeding lasting 20 seconds with 100-second intervals)and continuous feeding(Group B:divided into 5 feedings,20%per feeding, with the next feeding starting immediately after the feed is con-sumed,without any intervals). Results showed that Group A had significantly lower variability in weight gain and condition factor than Group B,with improved morphological integrity of liver and intestinal tissues.Super-oxide dismutase(SOD)activity was significantly elevated in Group A.Expression levels of orexigenic genes npy and agrp were significantly upregulated, while the anorexigenic gene cart was significantly downregulated in Group A.In conclusion, interval feeding mode enhances growth uniformity, improves visceral health, and boosts feeding appetite in mandarin fish. This study provides a theoretical basis for precise feeding management, facilitating healthy, green, and sustainable large-scale intensive farming of compound feed-fed mandarin fish.关键词
