Research on the Cultivation of Teacher Culture with Chinese Characteristics in the Context of a Strong Educational Nation

Abstract
To inspire teachers' intrinsic motivation to embody the spirit of educators,it is essential to cultivate a new-era teacher culture with Chinese characteristics.This involves strengthening individual and organizational self-discipline among teachers,thereby promoting high-quality development for both individual teachers and the education system as a whole.Teacher culture,shaped through the long-term educational and teaching practices of teachers,influences their professional identity and educational phi-losophy via its external trait-identification and institutional-shaping functions,as well as its internal val-ue-inheritance and consciousness-consolidation functions.It profoundly impacts teachers' behavior pat-terns,value orientations,and professional development.To establish a teacher culture that matches the goal of a strong educational nation,a diversified range of construction approaches must be adopted.By following legal,ethical,and participatory construction pathways,a teacher culture with Chinese charac-teristics for the new era can be cultivated.关键词
