教育强国背景下农业高校思想政治工作协同育人路径优化与实践探索
Path Optimization and Practical Exploration of Collaborative Education in Ideological and Political Work in Agricultural Universities under the Background of Building a Strong Educational Nation

Abstract
Building a strong educational nation is a fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges of ideological and political work in agricultural universities,explains the theoretical foundation of the collaborative education con-cept,and clarifies its significance in the practice of ideological and political work in agricultural univer-sities.Taking the College of Engineering at Northeast Agricultural University as an example,it proposes the"Three Dimensions,Five Integrations,and Dual Drives"model of collaborative education in ideo-logical and political work in agricultural universities.Specifically,it focuses on organizational guaran-tees for all-staff education,an all-process education operation system,and the integration of educational fields in an all-round way.In"moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor"education,it promotes the collaboration of cultural identity and personal mission,ideological education and professional educa-tion,physical fitness and comprehensive abilities,aesthetic experience and cultural inheritance,and theo-retical learning and practical application.Through policy-driven and practice-driven approaches,it en-sures the effectiveness of collaborative education,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical ref-erences for the innovative development of ideological and political work in agricultural universities.关键词
