土壤改良剂对滨海盐碱地理化性质及酶活性的影响
Effect of soil amendment on physicochemical properties and enzyme activities in coastal saline-alkali soil

Abstract
[Objective]In response to the lack of universal technology for the treatment of Pingtan coastal saline-alkali soil,this study explores the effects of specific formula amendments on soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activity,and forms a scalable model for saline-alkali soil improvement and economic crop cultivation technology.[Method]A composite amendment containing pumice powder,steel slag and other carriers,as well as microbial active components,was prepared and applied to plots with different degrees of salinity and alkalinity.Physical and chemical indicators such as soil conductivity and pH value,as well as urease and acid phosphatase activities,were measured,and data analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0.[Result]The soil amendment reduced the bulk density of severe saline-alkali land by 32.9%,increased the porosity to 51%,reduced the EC value of conductivity by 90.7%,reduced the salt content by 79.5%,increased the organic matter content by 251.5%,and reduced the alkalinity by 11.16%.Soil urease and alkaline phosphatase activities increased by 306.5%and 153.3%,respectively,while the pH value decreased slightly.[Conclusion]This amendment can effectively improve the soil structure of Pingtan coastal saline-alkali soil,reduce the degree of salinization,enhance soil fertility and enzyme activity,and has a more significant improvement effect on severe saline-alkali soil.It provides scientific basis for ecological restoration and resource utilization in similar regions.关键词
