Abstract
In the process of building a strong agricultural country,accelerating the development of new-quality productive forces requires the rapid cultivation of a workforce proficient in applying"new agri-cultural tools"and engaging in"new agricultural practices,"as well as the deep integration of modern science,technology,and industrial systems into agricultural transformation.This transformation conse-quently places higher demands on the cultivation of top-level innovative talents in agriculture-oriented universities.Taking the development of interdisciplinary programs integrating industry and agriculture at China Agricultural University as a case study,this study systematically examines both the exploratory practices and achieved outcomes across multiple dimensions,including talent cultivation objectives,cur-riculum system design,support and safeguard conditions,the construction of industry-education integrat-ed innovation and entrepreneurship bases,and employment and entrepreneurship quality assurance sys-tems.The findings aim to provide transferable experience and practical reference for the construction and development of interdisciplinary industry-agriculture programs in agriculture-oriented universities.关键词
