摘要

Abstract

Within an increasingly complex domestic and international context,university counselors face mounting pressures and challenges,often being compelled to function as terminal transmitters within a"pressure-driven system."Drawing on field theory and collaborative mechanism theory,this study in-vestigates the underlying causes of professional identity dislocation among university counselors and an-alyzes the dilemmas they encounter in career development.The professional identity crisis of university counselors is primarily manifested in role ambiguity arising from dual identities,role overload resulting from dual management structures,and compounded career development dilemmas caused by dual-track promotion pathways.These problems can be attributed to cognitive deviations and implementation di-lemmas surrounding the"Three-Wide Education"initiative,structural contradictions embedded within existing management systems,and systemic deficiencies in the overall design of career development pathways.In response,this study proposes reconstructing counselors'professional identity through opti-mizing the collaborative mechanisms of the"Three-Wide Education"initiative,extending the fields of collaborative education,establishing a more scientific management system,building structured career de-velopment platforms,and promoting sustained processes of self-integration.Collectively,these pathways aim to enhance counselors' self-efficacy and sense of professional identity,thereby contributing to the improvement of the university talent cultivation and education system.
