Coupling and Co-construction of"Farming-and-Reading-Ideological and Political Education"in the Talent Cultivation System of Agriculture-Related Universities

Abstract
In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,agriculture-related universities need to deep-en the coupling and co-construction of farming-and-reading education and ideological and political edu-cation in order to cultivate innovative talents who understand agriculture,care about agriculture,and are committed to revitalizing agriculture.Based on a three-dimensional coupling framework of"theoretical foundation-cultural empowerment-practical drive"between farming-and-reading education and ideolog-ical and political education,this study elucidates the value implications of integrating farming-and-read-ing education with ideological and political education.In response to a series of coupling and co-con-struction challenges,including superficial goal orientation,fragmented resource allocation,formalized educational scenarios,instrumentalization of educational subjects,lagging technological empowerment,and weakened evaluation mechanisms,this study proposes an integrated"four-in-one"coupling and co-construction model encompassing"system reconstruction-form innovation-path optimization-mechanism guarantee."This model aims to facilitate a transformation from mechanical superposition to deep cou-pling and co-construction between farming-and-reading education and ideological and political educa-tion,thereby providing theoretical support and practical pathways for agriculture-related universities to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who understand agriculture,care about agriculture,and are committed to revitalizing agriculture,while possessing strong practical competence and innovative thinking.关键词
