以产业需求为导向的人工智能专业"三层链式"创新人才培养模式研究
摘要
Abstract
The problems such as weak mathematical foundation,weak practical ability,and insufficient innovation consciousness seriously affect the docking of artificial intelligence professional talent training and industrial demand.In response to the above problems,this paper adheres to the industrial demand-oriented to explore the"base layer+practice layer+innovation layer"as the orientation of the chain talent training model,and for different levels of training objectives,it gives specific"three-wheel drive"and"double integration"implementation strategies.In addition,on the basis of multi-subject collaborative participation,a multidimensional value-added evaluation method is constructed to help improve the training effect of innovative talents in artificial intelligence.关键词
