国际化科教融合育人体系研究与实践

Abstract
In the context of the rapid global development of optoelectronic technology,China's optoelectronic industry faces challenges such as reliance on imported high-end chips and an urgent need to overcome"bottleneck"technologies.This study focuses on the forward-looking,interdisciplinary,and practical characteristics of the program of optoelectronic information science and engineering.It thoroughly examines current issues in talent cultivation,including insufficient internationalization,the separation of scientific research and teaching,weak innovative capabilities,and a disconnection between industry and education.The research aims to construct and implement a new education system that integrates global competence,cross-cultural communication skills,and an international perspective,deeply merging scientific research with teaching and bridging domestic and international resources.By designing a multidimensional framework encompassing disciplinary development,integration of research and education,and international cooperation platforms,pathways such as internationalizing the curriculum system,enhancing faculty internationalization,promoting student international mobility,and incorporating research into teaching are proposed.This system effectively enhances students'innovative practical abilities and global competitiveness,providing a replicable model for teaching reform in similar optoelectronics programs and supplying high-quality talent to support the development of national strategic emerging industries.关键词
