产学研用"四主体一联合"在航空航天人才培养中的研究与实践

Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has put forward the strategic task of accelerating the construction of an innovative country,which has brought new challenges to the training of innovative talents in China's aerospace field.The talent training model of"industry-teaching integration and university-enterprise cooperation for collaborative education"has important research and application value in cultivating top-notch and high-quality innovative talents in the field of aerospace,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological fruits,as well as facilitating the cooperation between universities and enterprises to realize win-win situation for both sides.Thisarticle deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current industry-university-research training model and describes the practice and achievements of the"four subjects and one union"training model for aerospace talents,in order to explore a new aerospace talent training model that is more in line with the needs of industry and national development strategy.关键词
