应用型高校二级学院学科建设探索与实践

Abstract
Discipline construction is not only a critical aspect of applied university development but also a coreof qualityenhancement of theeducation.As the primary operational entities within higher education institutions,secondary colleges are pioneers and practitioners of disciplinary development in the modern era.Addressing the need to cultivate collaborative training models for application-oriented talents aligned with regional economic development is pivotal to the transformation and growth of local undergraduate institutions,and is an urgent consideration for secondary colleges.Drawing from the disciplinary development at the School of Food Science and Pharmaceutical Engineering at Zaozhuang University,the status quo of disciplinary development among colleges in China's applied universities was examined and corresponding strategies for enhancing such development were proposed.A construction model for colleges in applied universities was proposed in thispaper,encapsulating the spirit of Lu Ban's craftsmanship and comprising"one body,three wings,and one distinguishing feature."And it has been implemented and showcased at institutions such as Zaozhuang University and Linyi University,yielding positive outcomes.This approach offers valuable insights for other universities in developing applied secondary colleges with distinctive regional characteristics.关键词
