国防特色高分子材料类创新人才培养模式与实践

Abstract
The Polymer Materials and Engineering major at Northwestern Polytechnical University focuses on the field of national defense characteristics.Addressing such issues in traditional teachingas outdated training programs,disconnection between theory and national defense applications,and insufficient innovative training,the program adheres to the philosophy of"collaborative education,interdisciplinary innovation,and serving national defense".Through deepening curriculum reform,establishing diversified teaching mechanisms,and integrating educational resources,a trinity talent cultivation system of"solidifying foundations-deepening practice-achieving innovative breakthroughs"has been formed.This system has significantly enhanced students'innovative capabilities.The materials discipline has been rated A+and passed the engineering education accreditation,and the study provides an effective paradigm for cultivating polymer materials talents with national defense characteristics.关键词
