Exploring the Multiple Mechanism of the Renying-Cunkou Pulse Method Based on the Deviation of Nutrient Qi and Defensive Qi

Abstract
The renying-cunkou pulse method is widely used in the Huangdi Neijing.By contrasting the intensity of renying pulse and cunkou pulse,one can diagnose diseases of the three yin and three yang meridians.However,the internal mechanism of the quantitative relationship between renying pulse and cunkou pulse in terms of"once""twice"and"triple"has not been elaborated,and later generations of physicians have rarely provided reasonable explanations.Based on the theory of deviation of nutrient qi and defensive qi,this ar-ticle explores the mechanism of the multiple relationship in the renying-cunkou pulse method.It is believed that this pulse method compares the ultimate pulsation strength of renying pulse and cunkou pulse under the influence of the qi of the meridian to which the qi of the twelve meridian system has shifted,resulting in different multiple relationships when comparing the two.This study aims to provide a basis for the clinical application of the renying-cunkou pulse method.关键词
