小便异常六经证治探析
Exploration of the Treatment of Abnormal Urination Based on Six Meridians Syndrome Differentiation
摘要
Abstract
The changes in the volume,color and quality of urine can reflect the metabolism of body fluids and the functional status of Zang-Fu organs.By systematically sorting out the clauses related to urination in Treatise on Cold Damage,this article elucidates the suggestive effect of abnormal urination in the pathogenesis,such as consumption and impairment of body fluids,disorder of qi transformation,fluid partial infiltration and yang defi-ciency.Urine manifestations are used to differentiate the key patterns including taiyang exterior syndrome and yangming fu-organ excess syndrome,taiyang fliud retetion syndrome and blood accumulation syndrome,damp-heat jaundice and static-blood jaundice.Furthermore,the article analyzes the guiding value of urination status for treatment and prognosis,such as the application indications for purgative therapy and the judgment of sponta-neous regulation of body fluids,and finally summarizes the regularity of abnormal urination in the six meridians syndrome differentiation and treatment.关键词
