中西医结合治疗卵巢储备功能减退的理论与实践
An Academic Exploration of the Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for the Treatment of Ovarian Reserve Hypofunction

Abstract
Abstrac Modern Chinese medicine's understanding of ovarian reserve hypofunction has evolved from the tradi-tional mononuclear model centered on"kidney deficiency as the root,"to a dynamic systems model centered on the"imbalance of liver-kidney homeostasis."This shift has elevated the theoretical significance of liver dys-function,positioning it on a par with kidney deficiency as a critical nexus linking psychosocial stress and repro-ductive disorders.In this study,we systematically construct a pathogenesis chain characterized by the sequence:"emotion → liver depression → spleen → fire → kidney → blood stasis,"and we redefine the modern implica-tions of pathological factors such as"blood stasis"and"stagnant heat."From a therapeutic perspective,the pa-per advocates for an evolution from the traditional"syndrome differentiation and treatment"approach to an inte-grated strategy that combines"disease and syndrome management,cyclical regulation,and targeted repair."It further underscores the therapeutic roles of acupuncture and emotional therapy.Ultimately,this paper argues for a paradigm shift in the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,moving from a model of"com-plementary advantages"to one of"paradigmatic integration."In conclusion,this paper advocates for a transition from the concept of"complementary advantages"to"paradigm fusion"in the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This shift aims to establish a novel framework for theoretical innovation and clinical ad-vancement in reproductive health.The proposed approach involves the development of three-level integrated treatment objectives and a synergistic interpretation model.关键词
