复方清胰汤对急性胰腺炎肠道菌群的影响
Effect of compound Qingyi Decoction on intestinal flora in acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Qingyi Decoction for acute pancreatitis(AP)and its influence on the intestinal flora.Methods Sixty AP patients admitted to the pancreatic disease ward of Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to November 2023 were randomized 1∶1 to receive routine Western medicine(RWM,control group)or RWM+compound Qingyi Decoction(treatment group).The aim was to compare intestinal flora,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and interleukin-6(IL-6)on day 0,and on days 1,3 and 7.The hospitalization time was recorded,and the correlation between intestinal flora,hospitalization time,and inflammatory factors was analyzed.Results On days 1,3 and 5 after treatment,the numbers of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli in the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).On day 7 after treatment,the number of Bifidobacteria in the control group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).On days 1,3 and 5 after treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The numbers of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were negatively correlated with PCT,CRP,and IL-6 levels(P<0.05),while the number of Escherichia coli and hospitalization time were positively correlated with PCT,CRP,and IL-6 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Qingyi Decoction can effectively regulate the intestinal flora in AP patients,reduce inflammatory factors,and shorten the course of the disease.关键词
