五虎汤联合布地奈德对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响
Effects of Wuhu Decoction combined with budesonide on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with cough variant asthma

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of Wuhu Decoction combined with budesonide on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 140 CVA patients treated in the Department of Pulmonary Diseases of Zigong First People's Hospital from September 2021 to April 2023 were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=70)and control group(n=70).All patients were managed by budesonide inhalation aerosol,and those in treatment group were additionally treated with Wuhu Decoction.The curative effect,lung function(forced expiratory volume in one second[FEV1],peak expiratory flow[PEF],FEV1/forced vital capacity[FEV1/FVC]),T lymphocyte subsets[CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+],inflammatory mediators[interleukin-6[IL-6],serum amyloid A[SAA],eosinophil[EOS]),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,adverse reactions were included as comparators between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FEV1,PEF,FEV1/FVC,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),which were significantly increased in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+,IL-6,SAA,EOS and TCM syndrome scores in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decreases in the treatment group were more prevalent compared with the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.29%[66/70]vs 75.71%[53/70],P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.57%[6/70]vs 21.43%[15/70],P<0.05).Conclusion Wuhu Decoction combined with budesonide has significant therapeutic effects in CVA patients,which can effectively improve lung function and T lymphocyte subset distribution,inhibit inflammation,and with good safety.关键词
