晾晒烟种质资源农艺与化学性状的遗传多样性分析
Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Agronomic and Chemical Traits in Sun-Cured Tobacco Germplasm Resources

Abstract
[Objective]Sun-cured tobacco is a special cash crop with important industrial value in China.It has high nicotine,low total sugar,and rich aroma,and can enhance the richness and harmonize the flavor of blended cigarettes.Its blade quality largely determines its industrial applica-tion value and economic benefit.This study aimed to characterize the genetic variation of agronomic and chemical traits in sun-cured tobacco germplasm resources,screen for superior varieties,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of new sun-cured tobacco varieties.[Method]This study selected 44 different types of sun-cured tobacco germplasm resources from Guangxi,Hainan and Fujian as experimental materials.The coefficient of variation(CV),genetic diversity index(H′),correlation analysis,principal component comprehensive evaluation model and cluster analysis were used to analyze and comprehensively evaluate the genetic diversity characteristics of 11 key traits.[Result]The coefficients of variation for six major agronomic traits,i.e.plant height,stem girth,leaf number,pitch,leaf length,and leaf width in 44 sun-cured tobacco germplasm materials showed a variation range from 10.91%to 20.25%,and the genetic diversity index was between 1.76 and 1.96.The coefficients of variation of chemical quality traits,i.e.nicotine,reducing sugar,nitrogen,potassium,and chlorine content ranged from 4.14%to 53.61%,among which chlorine content showed the largest variation,and the genetic diversity index of each chemical quality trait was between 1.71 and 1.96.When the Euclidean distance was 15.0,cluster analysis divided the test-ed germplasm materials into 4 groups,which had a certain correlation with the geographical origin.Based on the principal component comprehensive evaluation model,the 10 germplasm materials with best overall performance were selected as No.41,26,20,31,40,42,25,35,27,and 36.[Conclusion]The chemical quality traits in the sun-cured tobacco germplasm resources identified in this study were rich in genetic diversity.The materials numbered 41,26,20,31,40,42,25,35,27 and 36 were selected,which exhibited excellent performance in agronomic and chemical quality traits,and provided a theoretical basis and parental resources for the future coordinated improve-ment and breeding of elite sun-cured tobacco varieties.关键词
