甘蔗滤泥菌藻生物肥的制备及其对小白菜生长和品质的影响
Preparation of Fungal-Algal Biofertilizer from Sugarcane Filter Mud and Its Effects on Growth and Quality of Bok Choy

Abstract
[Objective]Biofertilizers can improve the physical and chemical properties of soil,increase the quantity of beneficial microorganisms in soil,promote the metabolism and growth of crops,enhance the stress resistance of crops,and improve the quality of fruits.This study utilized fungi and filter mud from sugar mill to prepare biofertilizers,and evaluated the effects of the biofer-tilizers on the growth and quality of bok choy[Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino(var.communis Tsen et Lee)],so as to provide a reference for the preparation and use of green,pollu-tion-free biological microbial fertilizers in agricultural production.[Method]Sugarcane filter mud was diluted and settled to obtain a leachate containing carbon sources and other nutrients,which was then used to culture Chlorella vulgaris,Aspergillus niger,and Chaetomium gracile.With these microorganisms,C.vulgaris biofertilizer,A.niger biofertilizer,C.gracile biofertilizer,C.vulgaris+A.niger biofertilizer,and C.vulgaris+C.gracile biofertilizer were prepared.The components of these biofertilizers were analyzed.Distilled water was used as the control,and effects of the five bio-fertilizers on seed germination rate,germination index,root length,stem length,fresh weight,sol-uble sugar content,reducing sugar content,and vitamin C content in bok choy were measured.The growth-promoting and quality-improving effects of C.vulgaris,A.niger,and C.gracile as single biofertilizers and their combinations were evaluated.[Result]Analysis of the components of differ-ent biofertilizers revealed that C.vulgaris fertilizers contained relatively high levels of nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)but low levels of organic matter and potassium(K);the A.niger and C.gracile biofertilizers exhibited the opposite trend in nutrient content.In terms of their effects on bok choy,C.vulgaris fertilizer had the best effect on seed germination,while the A.niger and C.gracile bio-fertilizer showed the poorest performance.All the five biofertilizers promoted bok choy root growth,with the best effect for the 10-fold diluted C.vulgaris biofertilizer.For stem length,the A.niger+C.vulgaris biofertilizer showed the best with increased stem length by 66.67%,while the C.vulgaris biofertilizer had the worst effect.The fresh weight of bok choy reached its maximum when all five biofertilizers were diluted 10 times.Among which the A.niger+C.vulgaris biofertilizer and C.gracile+C.vulgaris biofertilizer showed the most prominent promotion effects,enhancing the fresh weight by 80.67%and 78.83%,respectively,compared to the control group.Furthermore,all the five biofertilizers promoted the soluble sugar content in bok choy,with an increasing first and then decreasing trend with the dilution rising.The soluble sugar content in bok choy seedlings fertil-ized with C.vulgaris biofertilizer was up to a maximum of 15.29 mg/g,which was 49.76%higher than that of the control group.Additionally,all the five biofertilizers promoted the content of reduc-ing sugar and vitamin C in bok choy.Among them,the highest reducing sugar and vitamin C con-tent in bok choy seedlings fertilized with C.gracile+C.vulgaris biofertilizer reached 10.73 mg/g and 0.33 mg/g,which were 52.20%and 83.33%,respectively,higher than those in the control group.[Conclusion]The application of biofertilizers had a promoting effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of bok choy.When the concentration of five preparations of biofertilizers was diluted 10 times,the C.vulgaris biofertilizer showed the best effect on root growth promotion of bok choy seedlings;the A.niger+C.vulgaris biofertilizer showed the most effective in promoting stem growth of bok choy seedlings;and the C.gracile+C.vulgaris biofertilizer showed the most effective in increasing the content of reducing sugars and vitamin C in bok choy.关键词
