基于产教融合的眼视光技术专业人才培养模式研究与实践
Research and practice on a talent cultivation model for optometry technology based on industry-education integration

Abstract
Objective In response to the high incidence of vision problems such as myopia among adolescents and the rapid technological development in the optometric industry,this study aims to construct a collaborative school-enterprise talent training model for optometric technology programs based on the framework of industry-education integration.The model is designed to improve the quality of talent cultivation and to provide a reference for the implementation of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges.Methods Shanghai Polytechnic University adopted a collaborative education model through measures including codesigning training schemes,establishing a blended teaching team of full-time and part-time teaching instructors,expanding practical training bases,and establishing a diversified evaluation system.Meanwhile,prominent issues in the current training process were systematically analyzed.Results This talent training model significantly enhanced students'professional skills and innovation capabilities,promoted the synergistic development of faculty's teaching and research capacities,and resulted in significantly higher graduate employment rates and job-specialization alignment.Conclusions The study proposes further improvements to the talent training model by expanding emerging employment fields,optimizing the innovative curriculum systems,and refining support mechanisms.These recommendations provide practical insights for deepening industry-education integration in higher vocational education and will help sustain the quality enhancement of optometric talent cultivation.关键词
