专业课程与思政教育协同育人的教学实践
Teaching practice of collaborative education integrating ideological and political education into a professional course:A case study of Critical Care Nursing

Abstract
Deepening the integration of ideological and political education into professional courses is essential for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and supporting the Healthy China Strategy.The teaching team of Critical Care Nursing at the School of Nursing,Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has directly addressed three core challenges in course instruction:difficulty in constructing knowledge systems,mastering professional skills,and internalizing professional qualities.The team has innovatively developed a student-centered collaborative education framework termed"One Core,Three Challenges,Five Pathways."Through five implementation pathways—goal specification,content narrativization,method diversification,resource digitalization,and assessment pluralization—this system organically integrates value cultivation,knowledge transmission,and competency development,achieving deep integration of ideological and political education with professional instruction.Practice has demonstrated that this model not only effectively stimulates students'intrinsic learning motivation and professional mission,but also significantly enhances their clinical thinking abilities,humanistic care competencies,and innovative practical capabilities.Nursing students trained through this approach have demonstrated outstanding performance in national skills competitions and innovation-entrepreneurship contests.The course has been recognized with multiple honors,including provincial first-class course,university-level exemplary ideological and political course,and distinguished teaching faculty,providing a replicable practical paradigm for comprehensive education in nursing and related disciplines.关键词
