基于四要素教学设计模型的康复护理学实践教学设计与应用研究
Design and application of a rehabilitation nursing practice instructional design based on the 4C/ID model

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of an instructional design based on the 4C/ID model in rehabilitation nursing practice.Methods Two classes of 2021 nursing undergraduates from Yangzhou University were randomly assigned to an experimental group(n=52)and a control group(n=42).The control group adopted the traditional clinical practice teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the practical teaching design based on the 4C/ID model.After the intervention,theoretical and practical scores were compared between the two groups,and the teaching effectiveness was evaluated.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group(78.76±10.13)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00±12.93)(P<0.05).The virtual simulation practice score of the experimental group(89.90±6.80)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.19±8.84)(P<0.05).The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of learning satisfaction and self-confidence,simulated teaching practice,and simulated design evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching mode based on the 4C/ID model in the practical teaching of rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve nursing students'mastery of knowledge and skills,foster active and collaborative learning abilities,and also improve their learning confidence.关键词
