Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction courses on improving career outcome expectations,self-efficacy and learning burnout among nursing students.Methods A convenience sampling method was adopted,nursing students enrolled in 2023 at Shandong Vocational University of Foreign Affairs were selected from March to May 2025.A five-week mindfulness-based stress reduction training was implemented.Changes in career outcome expectations,self-efficacy,and learning burnout levels were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the career outcome expectations of nursing students increased from(41.88±7.51)to(45.70±7.96)scores,self-efficacy increased from(27.98±0.27)to(29.19±0.26)scores,and learning burnout scores decreased from(63.37±10.36)to(61.28±10.09)scores(all P<0.05).Conclusions The mindfulness-based stress reduction course training effectively improves the nursing students'career outcome expectations and self-efficacy while alleviating learning burnout,indicating its positive impact on students'professional development and well-being.关键词
