病案引导联合叙事教学法对护生疼痛共情、述情障碍及安宁疗护行为的影响
The impact of case-guided combined narrative teaching method on nursing students'pain empathy,alexithymia and palliative care behaviors

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of case-guided teaching combined with narrative pedagogy on nursing students'pain empathy,alexithymia,and palliative care behaviors.Methods By using convenience sampling method,66 nursing students completing clinical practice at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July 2024 to April 2025 were selected.They participated in an eight-week training program integrating case-guided teaching method combined with narrative pedagogy.Before and after the intervention,the pain empathy scale(PES),Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS-20),and the palliative care behavior scale were used for investigation.Results After the intervention,total and subdomain scores of pain empathy,as well as total and individual item scores of palliative care behavior were significantly higher than those at baseline(P<0.05).In contrast,the total and subdomain scores on the TAS-20 were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The case-based guidance combined with narrative teaching method can fully mobilize the learning initiative and enthusiasm of nursing students.It helps cultivate their pain empathy and emotional expression abilities,reduces the adverse effects of alexithymia,and promotes the practice of palliative care behaviors.关键词
