老年血液病患者PICC导管标准化护理质量管理方案的构建与应用
Development and application of a standardized nursing quality management protocol for PICC in elderly hematology patients

Abstract
Objective To develop a standardized nursing quality management protocol for peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)in elderly hematology patients and to provide evidence-based support for enhancing specialized PICC care.Methods A total of 100 elderly hematology patients who underwent PICC insertion at Zhongshan People's Hospital between March 2023 and February 2025 were enrolled.Using a random number table,they were randomly assigned to a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).The control group received routine PICC care,while the observation group received the newly developed standardized PICC nursing quality management protocol.Primary outcomes included catheter-related complication rates,and the patient satisfaction with nursing services were compared.Results The catheter-related complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.0%vs.18.0%,χ2=5.005,P=0.025).The patient satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(98.0%vs.80.0%,χ2=8.274,P=0.004).Conclusions The development and application of a standardized nursing quality management protocol for PICC tailored for elderly hematology patients effectively reduces the risk of catheter-related complications and enhances the patient experience,demonstrating clear clinical value and significance for broader implementation.关键词
