摘要

Abstract

To address the frequent overheating and tripping issues of the high-frequency switching power supply modules in the DC system of Yantan Power Plant,which are caused by defects in the heat dissipation design,the original charging modules for the 220 V auxiliary DC system and the 500 kV station control 220 V DC system are replaced with new modules featuring forced air cooling,intelligent temperature-controlled fans,and high-efficiency components.Additionally,an integrated intelligent monitoring host(IARM-SA10)is added to achieve heat dissipation optimization and comprehensive status monitoring.The results show that after the transformation,the upper limit of the operating temperature of the module has been increased to 45℃,the conversion efficiency is not less than 94%,and the ripple coefficient is not more than 0.2%;the system failure rate has dropped by more than 90%,the charging and discharging performance of the storage battery has been reliably guaranteed,and intelligent monitoring and early warning of the DC system's operating status have been realized.Through the optimization of the heat dissipation structure and the upgrade of intelligent monitoring,the hidden danger of module overheating has been effectively eliminated,and the stability,power supply reliability,and operation and maintenance efficiency of the DC system have been significantly improved.This can provide practical reference for the transformation of DC systems in similar power plants.
