古浪县耕地保护利用现状及其发展对策
Current Status and Development Countermeasures of Farmland Conservation and Utilization in Gulang County

Abstract
Food security is a matter of great importance concerning national security and stability,with farmland conservation serving as its prerequisite,strengthening farmland conservation hinges on technological innovation.To solidify the strategic foundation of food security and national security stability,focusing on the core premise of farmland conservation,research and surveys reveal that Gulan County has achieved certain results in farmland conservation and utilization in terms of improved responsibility systems,en-hanced basic conditions,quality upgrades,and large-scale land transfers.However,challenges remain in areas of weak farmland con-servation awareness,farmland nutrient deficiencies,insufficient enforcement,and unstable transfer operations.It is necessary to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the conservation and utilization of farmlands from the aspects of increasing publicity and training,improving the monitoring mechanism of farmlands,standardizing the subsidy procedures for benefiting farmers,increasing comprehensive law enforcement,accelerating the management and protection of farmland construction,and strengthening the supervi-sion of farmland transfers.In addition,it provides scientific support and practical reference for strengthening the efficiency of farmland conservation and utilization in arid oasis,ensuring the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture,and assisting rural revital-ization and high-quality development of agricultural industry.关键词
