优质加工型专用青稞新品种甘青13号选育报告
Breeding Report on the New High-quality Processing-specific Highland Barley Variety Ganqing 13

Abstract
To meet the market demand of the highland barley processing industry,the new processing-specific highland bar-ley variety,Ganqing 13,was bred based on the breeding of dual-purpose(grain and forage)varieties.From 2018 to 2020,this variety participated in the 11th round of the Gannan Prefecture Highland Barley Regional Experiment,achieving an average equivalent yield of 4215.0 kg/ha,which represented an increase of 14.9%and 18.2%compared to the control varieties Kangqing 3 and Dulihuang,re-spectively.In 2021,it participated in multi-point production experiment in Gannan Prefecture,achieving an average equivalent yield of 3 963.0 kg/ha,a 22.3%increase over the control variety Ganqing 4,demonstrating excellent yield stability and high productivity.Ganqing 13 is a spring-type variety with non-heading habits and a growth period of 114 d.Its physical characteristics include a plant height of 68.07 cm,spike length of 8.33 cm,42.00 grains per spike,grain weight per spike of 2.00 g,and a thousand-grain weight of 48.96 g.The grains are blue and oval-shaped.Nutritional components include 145.0 g/kg of grain protein,664.0 g/kg of starch,4.9 g/kg of lysine,53.6 g/kg of β-glucan,14.0 g/kg of fat,21.0 g/kg of ash,and 197.8 g/kg of anthocyanin.It is suitable for cultivation in cold,humid areas at altitudes of 2 400 to 3 200 m.The breeding of this variety provides a germplasm guarantee for the production of high-quality raw materials for the highland barley processing industry in Gannan and surrounding regions.关键词
