清水县天然大型真菌识别与驯化栽培研究

Abstract
To address the issues such as poor adaptability and the shortage of compatible fungal strains for fast-growing forest species in edible fungi production in Qingshui County,long-term collection and identification of natural large fungal resources under forest conditions were conducted.Classification study was completed based on the principles of fungal taxonomy and identification.A total of 31 species of natural large fungi were identified within the county,belonging to 3 orders,9 families,and 11 genera of the class Agaricomycetes in the subphylum Basidiomycota of the kingdom Fungi.8 species of natural edible fungi were selected,domesticated,and cultivated.Among them,4 strains,such as oyster mushroom 8 909(Pleurotus ostreatus)and black wood ear 9 112(Auricularia auricula)etc.,showed excellent adaptability,were suitable for growth in low-temperature mountainous areas,and produced high-quality products,these strains had been promoted and cultivated locally for approximately 10 a.Other 4 strains,such as shiitake mushroom 2 410(Lentinula edodes)and black wood ear 2305(Auricularia auricula)etc.,met national standards for edible fungal mother cultures,were suitable for cultivation on fast-growing forest substrates,exhibited desirable sensory quality,were tolerant to low temperature and cold stress,possessed with long growth periods,and could be used for open-field or facility-based substrate cultivation in mountainous areas,these strains are recommended for demonstration and promotion as compatible fungal strains for fast-growing forest species.In addition,domestication and cultivation techniques for edible fungi under fast-growing forests were summarized to promote the efficient transformation and utilization of local fast-growing forest resources.关键词
