摘要

Abstract

To promote the sustainable development of the livestock industry,this study explored key technologies for the large-scale production of mixed ensiling using fodder beet and corn stover,and formulates a scientific,practical,and standardized technical specification.In response to issues encountered in the promotion of fodder beet,including high biological yield,poor storage resis-tance,and inability to meet the feeding demand throughout the entire livestock feeding cycle,as well as issues of low utilization effi-ciency of yellowed corn stover,high requirements for silage,and susceptibility to mold,a technical specification for mixed ensiling of fodder beet and corn stover was summarized and developed based on multi-year fermentation experiments.The specification covered key technical points such as raw material harvesting,crushing,pretreatment,mixing,ensiling,quality evaluation,and hygiene index.
