玻璃体视网膜手术联合地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂治疗增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果
Effect of vitreoretinal surgery combined with Dexamethasone intravitreal implant in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of vitreoretinal surgery combined with intravitreal implantation of Dexametha-sone in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods A total of 89 patients with PDR admitted to Shangrao Aier Eye Hospital from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=44)according to the treatment plan.The control group underwent vitreoreti-nal surgery,while the study group received Dexamethasone intravitreal implant in addition to the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effects,visual acuity,quality of life,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the central macular thickness(CMT),eye pressure of the patients in both groups was smaller than that before treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was higher than that before treatment,and the CMT and eye pressure in the research group were smaller than those in the control group,while the BCVA was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of physical function,physical a-bility,general health,and mental health of the patients in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of vitreoretinal surgery and intravitreal implantation of Dexamethasone for PDR can effectively improve visual function,enhance overall therapeutic effect,and reduce the risk of complications.This approach holds significant positive implications for improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
