基于"经筋理论"运用密集温针灸联合推拿治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床研究
Clinical research on the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain using intensive warm acupuncture based on the"theory of meridian sinews"combined with massage

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of intensive warm acupuncture based on the"theory of meridian sinews"combined with massage in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain admitted to Nanping People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the treatment group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with intensive warm acupuncture and massage,while the control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules and massage.The Oswestry disability index(ODI),L5 multifidus muscle thickness,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,lumbar range of motion and quality of life score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and ODI of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,while the range of motion of flexion,extension,left flexion,right flexion,left rotation and right rotation,and the thickness of the L5 multifidus muscle in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment and 3 months after treatment,the quality of life scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive warm acupuncture based on the"theory of meridian sinews"combined with massage can alleviate pain and enhance the function of the lumbar and back muscles,with remarkable clinical efficacy.关键词
