黄芪建中汤联合玉红膏序贯换药治疗肛瘘术后创面的临床研究
Clinical study of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Yuhong Ointment sequential dressing change in the treatment of postoperative anal fistula wounds
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Yuhong Ointment se-quential dressing change in the treatment of postoperative anal fistula wounds.Methods Sixty inpatients with anal fistula who underwent surgery in the Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from May to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by the random number table method.After the operation,the control group received sequential dressing changes with Yuhong Ointment,while the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score for pain,postoperative wound bleeding score,postoperative wound and anal function recovery,clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative VAS score and postoperative wound bleeding score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scar area of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,and the healing time and the recovery time of anal function were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Yuhong Ointment sequential dressing change can significantly alleviate postoperative pain of anal fistula,reduce wound bleeding,accelerate wound healing,significantly improve clinical ef-ficacy,and has good safety at the same time.关键词
