中药烫熨联合香砂六君子汤在重症监护室机械通气腹胀患者中的应用效果
Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in patients with abdominal distension undergoing mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in patients with abdominal distension undergoing mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 80 patients experiencing mechanically ventilated abdominal distension who were admitted to the ICU of Pingxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment,while the observation group was administered Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in addition to the control group's treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical indicators,intra-abdominal pressure(IAP),arterial blood gas levels,clinical efficacy,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation,ICU stay time,bowel sounds recovery time,and first exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,while the reduction in abdominal circumference was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the IAP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,whereas the levels of pH and arterial partial pres-sure of oxygen(PaO2)were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine ironing and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can reduce IAP in ICU mechanically ventilated patients with abdominal distension,promote gastrointestinal function recovery,effectively alleviate abdominal distension,improve arterial blood gas,and have good clinical efficacy and high safety.It is worth promoting in ICU abdominal distension management.关键词
