2021-2024年淮安市妇幼保健院内分泌项目室间质量评价结果回顾性分析
Retrospective analysis of the external quality assessment results of en-docrine programs in Huai'an Women&Children Hospital from 2021 to 2024

Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the results of the external quality assessment of endocrine projects in Huai'an Women&Children Hospital from 2021 to 2024,so as to promote the quality improvement of laboratories.Methods From 2021 to 2024,the results of the external quality assessment of the endocrine project participated by the Department of Medical Laboratory,Huai'an Women&Children Hospital in Jiangsu Province and National Center for Clinical Laboratories were analyzed,and the change trend of scores and bias were analyzed combined with the sigma(σ)index.Results A total of 1 010 tests were completed in 4 years,of which 1 008 were correct,with an accuracy rate of 99.8%.According to the bias map,the total 25-hydroxyvitamin D had the largest average bias of 13.72%in the external quality assessment results of National Center for Clinical Laboratories,and the other items beyond the range of+10%to-10%were C-peptide and growth hormone.Free thyroxine,progesterone and testosterone were found in the second external quality assessment results of Provincial Center for Clinical Laboratory in 2023,and the average bias of the three items were beyond the range of+10%to-10%.The number of projects with 5≤σ≤6 increased year by year.Conclusion Participating in external quality as-sessment can achieve continuous monitoring of test results,carry out retrospective analysis of external quality assessment in time,and select appropriate quality control rules by σ rule chart method,which can improve the quality of laboratory.关键词
