网络上行社会比较对大学生就业压力的影响:一个链式中介模型
Effect of online upward social comparison on college students' employment stress:A chain—mediated model

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore and reveal the influence of upward social at network social media(NSM)comparison on college students' employment stress,and to explore the psychological mechanisms involved,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for alleviating college students' employment stress.Methods:In this study,the Employment Stress Scale for College Students,the Upward Social Comparison Scale,the Self-Esteem Scale(SES),and the Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale(BFNE)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 769 college students from several colleges and universities in Shandong Province.Results:①Self-esteem was significant-ly and negatively correlated with NSM upward social comparison,employment stress and negative evaluation fear(r=-0.173,-0.288,-0.225;P＜0.001).NSM upward social comparison was significantly and positively correlated with employment stress(r=0.358,P＜0.001)and negative evaluation fear(r=0.273,P＜0.001),and employment stress was also significantly and positively correlated with negative evaluation fear(r=0.495,P＜0.001).②NSM upward social comparison had a significant positive predictive effect on college students' employment stress(β=0.22,P＜0.001);self-esteem(β=0.03,P＜0.001)and negative evaluative fear(β=0.10,P＜0.001)mediated significantly be-tween NSM upward social comparison and employment stress;self-esteem and negative evaluative fear played a chain-mediated role in the relationship between NSM upward social comparison and chain mediating effect between employment stress(p=0.01,P＜0.001).Conclusion:NSM upward social comparison directly affects college students' employment stress,and it can also affect employment stress through self-esteem and fear of negative evaluation.关键词
