基于数据挖掘探讨古今治疫方剂组方规律
Exploration of the formulation rules of ancient and modern epidemic treatment prescriptions based on data mining

Abstract
Objective Based on the data mining method,this study explores the formulation rules of epidemic treatment prescriptions in ancient and modern formulas,providing theoretical references for the treatment of influenza with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The prescriptions for treating epidemics in the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Plat-form(V 1.5)were retrieved and sorted,and a standardized medical case database was established.Subsequently,using systematic integrated statistical analysis,association rule analysis,and complex network methods,the frequency of drug use,drug properties,and core prescriptions of the prescriptions were analyzed.Results A total of 230 prescriptions were finally included.The frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicine showed that a total of 16 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were obtained,and 11 high-frequency drug pairs association rules were obtained through association rule analysis.The prescriptions for treating epidemics mainly used drying dampness,promoting qi circulation,transforming dampness,and activating blood circulation drugs,and the properties were mostly warm,pungent,and bitter.They mainly belonged to the lung,spleen,and stomach meridians.In the epidemic treatment prescriptions from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,Chinese herbal medicines such as pericarpi-um citri reticulatae,rhizoma atractylodis,and scutellaria baicalensis were frequently used,and the association de-grees of drug pairs such as pinellia ternata-agastache ru-gosa,angelica dahurica-sichuan lovage rhizome,and saposhnikovia divaricata-notopterygium root were rela-tively high.The possible basic formula combinations were"rhizoma atractylodis-sichuan lovage rhizome-angelica dahurica-notopterygium root-saposhnikovia divaricata"and"a-gastache rugosa-rhizoma atractylodis-magnolia officinalis-pinellia ternata".Conclusion This study reveals the formula-tion rules of epidemic treatment prescriptions in ancient and modern formulas through data mining,indicating that the core treatment methods are mainly to eliminate pathogenic factors and support the body,and focus on dispelling exterior symptoms,transforming dampness,and invigorating the lungs and spleen.The prescriptions from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty formed stable empirical combinations in drug compatibility,providing historical basis and formulation optimization ideas for the treatment of modern influenza with traditional Chinese medicine.In the future,it is necessary to further verify the efficacy mechanism of the basic formulas through clinical trials.关键词
