托育支持对Z世代青年生育意愿的影响
The impact of childcare support on the fertility intentions of Generation Z youth

Abstract
Against the backdrop of continuously strengthened fertility support policies,the fertility intentions of China's Generation Z remain low,revealing a phenomenon of"stimulus failure"in childcare support.Studies indicate a misalignment between childcare support tools—centered on financial subsidies and extended maternity leave—and the individual value-oriented logic of Generation Z's fertility decisions.Hidden costs(such as career interruption and motherhood penalties)and cultural conflicts(including intergenerational differences in parenting beliefs and entrenched urban-rural division of labor)further suppress fertility intentions.International experience shows that Nordic countries have significantly increased fertility rates through a tripartite synergistic framework of"financial support-universal services-gender equality".Meanwhile,China's childcare system faces challenges such as imbalanced service quality and insufficient policy continuity.Accordingly,it is essential to construct a tailored,multi-level childcare support network,strengthen career security and shared parenting responsibilities for men,and promote a shift in fertility values through intergenerational dialogue and cultural narratives,so as to resolve the current dilemma.关键词
