婴儿癫痫性痉挛综合征的身心发展与保育支持:交叉视角的探讨
Neurobehavioral development and supportive care in infantile epileptic spasms syndrome:an interdisciplinary perspective
摘要
Abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive review of the clinical presentation,established diagnostic criteria,and epidemiological features of infantile epileptic spasms syndrome(IESS).It further examines the multifaceted impact of IESS on the development of motor function,cognition,language acquisition,and socio-emotional function in affected infants.From an interdisciplinary perspective,the paper investigates the characteristic neurobehavioral development trajectory associated with IESS and proposes a framework for supportive care and intervention strategies.Evidence synthesized herein indicates that early intervention and integrated multidisciplinary support significantly improve neurobehavioral development outcomes in children with IESS.This review provides novel insights and an updated reference for both research and clinical practice,and offers support and new directions for families and patients.关键词
