"全球胜任力"导向的中医药拔尖创新人才培养模式研究
A"global competence"-oriented model for cultivating top-tier innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine:an exploratory grounded theory study

Abstract
Objective To develop a training model for cultivating top-tier innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),centered on the concept of"global competence".Methods This qualitative study employed the grounded theory approach.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 participants from various TCM universities across China,including educational administrators,senior supervisors,and outstanding graduate students with overseas academic experience.Results Through a rigorous three-level coding process(open,axial,and selective coding)of the interview data,one core category was refined finally,and a theoretical model was constructed,structured around the main framework of"core objectives-driving factors-supportive environment-action pathways".Conclusions The model indicates that its central objective is to cultivate globally competent,top-tier innovative TCM talents.This objective is dually driven by"strategic leadership"and"resource synergy",supported by a trinity environment of"institution-service-culture".It is actualized through four key action pathways:curriculum restructuring,faculty mentorship,platform empowerment,and motivational evaluation,thereby forming a closed-loop talent cultivation system.This study provides a theoretical reference and practical guidance for higher education reform and internationalization strategies in TCM in the new era.关键词
