积极老龄化视域下江苏省中医药老年健康服务利用水平及影响因素
Utilization level and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine elderly health services in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of active aging

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the utilization level and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)elderly health services in Jiangsu Province from the demand-side perspective,and to provide a reference for promoting active aging with TCM.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 486 elderly individuals aged 60 and above from 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province using convenience sampling method.Univariate analysis and ordinal Logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The utilization rate for more than one type of TCM elderly health services was 62.1%.The utilization rate of TCM health education services was relatively high,followed by TCM preventive health care and rehabilitation services,TCM treatment services,and traditional Chinese exercises.Educational level,occupation,average monthly household income,presence of chronic diseases,negative emotions,satisfaction with TCM medical insurance reimbursement rate,trust in TCM services,and perceived effectiveness of TCM services significantly affected the utilization level of TCM elderly health services(all P<0.05).Conclusions The utilization level of TCM elderly health services in Jiangsu Province remains suboptimal,and TCM still needs further integration into the lives of elderly adults.The utilization level is affected by multiple dimensions and factors,and targeted measures should be taken to encourage the utilization of TCM health services among the elderly.关键词
