浙西南地区0~17岁人群6种脂溶性维生素营养状况调查分析
Analysis of nutritional status of 6 fat-soluble vitamins in the population aged 0-17 years old in Southwestern Zhejiang

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of six fat-soluble vitamins in the population aged 0-17 years old in Southwestern Zhejiang,so as to provide references for rational supplementation of fat-soluble vitamins and disease prevention.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 10 641 individuals aged 0-17 years who underwent the physical examination at Longquan People's Hospital in Southwestern Zhejiang from 2019 to 2022.Serum levels,deficiency rates,and excess rates of six fat-soluble vitamins were analyzed.Differences were statistically evaluated across genders,seasons,age groups and testing years.Results The median serum levels of fat-soluble vitamins among the studied population were:Vit A 349.00(301.00,400.07)ng/mL,25-OH-Vit D total 24.00(19.90,28.81)ng/mL,Vit E 9 000.00(7 720.00,10 400.00)ng/mL,and Vit K1 0.58(0.36,0.97)ng/mL.Deficiency rates were 24.41%,25.20%,2.90%,and 0.17%,respectively,and excess rates were 0.01%,0.92%,0.41%,and 4.68%,respectively.25-OH-Vit D2 and 25-OH-Vit D3 levels were 0.61(0.30,1.63)ng/mL and 21.90(17.61,26.81)ng/mL respectively.Males had higher levels of Vit A,25-OH-Vit D total and 25-OH-Vit D3,but lower levels of 25-OH-Vit D2,Vit E,and Vit K1 than females.25-OH-Vit D total and 25-OH-Vit D3 levels peaked in autumn,while Vit A and Vit E levels were lower;25-OH-Vit D2 levels were highest in winter.With age increasing,Vit A and 25-OH-Vit D2 levels showed an upward trend,while 25-OH-Vit D total,25-OH-Vit D3 and Vit E levels showed a downward trend,and Vit K1 level in infants was significantly higher than other groups.The levels of Vit A,25-OH-Vit D total and 25-OH-Vit D3 decreased year by year.Conclusions The nutritional status and characteristics of six fat-soluble vitamins vary in the population aged 0-17 years old.Both deficiencies and excesses of fat-soluble vitamins still exist,indicating the need for targeted supplementation.关键词
