基于"心藏神"理论探讨卒中后失眠病机与治法
Discussion on the pathogenesis and treatment of post-stroke insomnia based on the theory of"the heart storing the spirit"
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke insomnia(PSI)can be induced by factors such as sleep environment,anxiety and depression,and medications,making it a commonly neglected complication after stroke,and seriously affecting the recovery of the disease.Based on the theory of"the heart storing the spirit"in traditional Chinese medicine,this article discusses the pathogenesis and treatment principles and methods of PSI.The theory of"the heart storing the spirit"holds that the heart governs the mind and dominates the physiological and psychological functions of the human body.The pathogenesis of PSI is mainly concerned with"deficiency","phlegm","blood stasis"and so on,which lead to the malfunction of the spiritual mechanism or malnourishment of the spirit.Its treatment should adhere to the principle of tonifying deficiency,eliminating excess,and calming the nerves,involving filling essence and tonifying marrow,benefiting qi and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and eliminating phlegm.Its representative prescriptions feature Zuogui Pills,Bazhen Tang,Xuefu Zhuyu Tang,Huanglian Wendan Tang,etc.The goal of this study is to promote the research on the theory of"the heart storing the spirit",to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of PSI,and to broaden its clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.关键词
