基于"通腑调神"理论论治功能性便秘伴焦虑抑郁
Exploration of the pathogenesis and treatment of functional constipation complicated with anxiety and depression based on the theory of"unblocking the fu-organs and regulating the mind"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theoretical perspective of"dredging the fu-organs and regulating the mind",combined with the modern mechanism of the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis,this study explores the core pathogenesis and staged prevention and treatment approaches of functional constipation(FC)accompanied by anxiety and depression.It holds that"unblocking the fu-viscera and regulating the mind"is the core of diagnosis and treatment for this disease,and the imbalance of"qi and blood-viscera-mind"is the key pathological link throughout the whole disease course,which highly aligns with the three-stage interaction mechanism of the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis:"intestinal signal generation-cross-pathway transmission-central response feedback".The progression of this disease exhibits distinct stages.In the early stage,it begins with"intestinal stagnation and turbid toxins disturbing the mind",corresponding to abnormal intestinal signal generation;in the middle stage,it transitions to"liver depression and blood stasis,the mind lacking nourishment",which aligns with abnormal cross-pathway transmission;while in the advanced stage,it culminates in"yin and yang deficiency,pathogenic factors intertwining",related to central response feedback disorder.Accordingly,a staged prevention and treatment strategy is proposed,centered on acupuncture and moxibustion as the core intervention,balancing"cleansing the bowels"and"regulating the mind"to achieve bidirectional stable regulation of the gut-brain axis.关键词
