基于"痞坚之处,必有伏阳"理论探讨胃肠间质瘤病机演变与辨治
Pathogenesis evolution,syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors based on the theory of"latent yang responsible for inducing hard masses"
摘要
Abstract
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)refer to the most common mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract,which occur more commonly in middle-aged and elderly people,and feature rare tumors in modern medicine.The stomach and small intestines are the most common sites.In traditional Chinese medicine,gastrointestinal stromal tumors generally belong to the category of"mass accumulation".The Synopsis of Golden Chamber points out that latent yang is an important pathogenesis of mass accumulation.From the perspective of latent yang,the article puts forward the three pathogenesis development stages of"pathogenic qi invasion,yang qi stagnation,qi and blood obstruction","aggravating stasis,latent yang gradually becoming more intense,and transformation into heat and toxicity","healthy qi deficiency,expansion of latent yang,and deficiency of both yin and yang".This paper summarizes the treatment principles for the tumors in their various stages:"promoting qi circulation and replenishing blood,invigorating yang to expel depression,dissipating hard masses","regulating qi circulation and removing stasis,dispersing yang and clearing fire,detoxifying and resolving hard masses","benefiting qi and consolidating body resistance,strengthening vital qi and dispelling pathogenic factors,and harmonizing yin and yang".Upholding the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment plan aims to adjust the balance of yin and yang in the body,developing new ideas and methods for the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.关键词
