基于态靶辨治理论探讨老年糖尿病的诊疗策略
Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment strategies for senile diabetes based on the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment

Abstract
Compared with general diabetes,senile diabetes has the characteristics of more comorbidities and poor physical foundation,for which traditional Chinese medicine is much fitter and widely used.Based on the theory of state and target differentiation and treatment,senile diabetes presents the following traits:Its primary states include"senility,deficiency and blood stasis",and the continual deficiency of qi and blood constitutes its pathological basis,while the insufficiency of the spleen and kidney forms its key pathogenesis,and its characteristic manifestations feature blockade due to phlegm and blood stasis,and damage to multiple viscera.Eventually,it develops into a pathological manifestation of mixed states and intermingled deficiency and excess.Therefore,the treatment approaches for elderly diabetes should prioritize invigorating the spleen,tonifying the kidney,eliminating turbidity,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals,underscoring regulating states and choosing appropriate targeted prescriptions and drugs simultaneously.In addition to the treatment methods,this article also discusses the key points in the treatment of senile diabetes,including appropriately relaxing the control standards,paying attention to the factors that are difficult to control blood glucose,rationally selecting bitter-and cold-natured drugs,and focusing on the dosage and efficacy strategies of prescriptions and drugs,in a bid to provide treatment strategies and precautions for the disease.关键词
