高血压病态靶辨治策略新论
A new perspective on the state-target differentiation and treatment of hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Combining the modern physiological and pathological understanding of hypertension,as well as its clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics,guided by the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment,this paper is aimed at re-understanding hypertension,providing a new approach for its prevention and treatment through constructing a modern TCM diagnosis and treatment strategy.According to the development and evolution trend of hypertension,the disease can be categorized into"three stages"of qi-blood disorder,meridian disorder,and organ disorder,as well as"five states"of congestion,heat,cold,water and aging.Based on a state-target differentiation,it is suggested that the disease be treated flexibly according to the specific changes in its pathogenesis,modifying the core formula for each state accordingly.The theory of"three stages and five states"provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine,marking an important theoretical innovation in the field of hypertension research in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.关键词
