Abstract
With the deep integration of generative artificial intelligence(Generative AI)into the field of education,its capacity to empower the teach-ing competence of teachers in elderly education has become increasingly evident.Focusing on teachers in elderly education,this study elaborates on the in-ternal logic through which Generative AI empowers their teaching competence,analyzes the potential dilemmas involved,and proposes implementation paths that include cultivating digital teaching concepts,deepening the application of intelligent technologies,improving professional training systems,and strengthening policy and institutional support.The study aims to provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for enhancing teachers'teaching competence in elderly education,promoting the deep integration of Generative AI with elderly education,and facilitating the high-quality digital transfor-mation of elderly education.关键词
